Pet Vaccination in Arlington, TX

Annual immunizations will be administered at your pet’s wellness exam in accordance with your pet’s vaccination schedule. Puppy and kitten vaccinations, as well as booster vaccinations for older dogs and cats, are critical to ensuring that your pet lives a long and happy life. Vaccinating your pet on a regular basis will help to protect them from a variety of dangerous, potentially fatal diseases and ailments.

Because of the risk of exposure, disease severity, or human transmission, all pets require core vaccines.

Dogs:

Canine parvovirus, distemper, canine hepatitis, and rabies vaccines are considered basic vaccines for dogs. Non-core vaccines are provided based on the dog’s risk of exposure. Vaccines for Bordetella bronchiseptica, Borrelia burgdorferi, and Leptospira bacteria are among them.

Cats:

Panleukopenia (feline distemper), feline calicivirus, feline herpesvirus type I (rhinotracheitis), and rabies vaccines are all essential. Depending on the cat’s lifestyle, non-core vaccines such as those for feline leukaemia virus, Bordetella, Chlamydophila felis, and feline immunodeficiency virus are administered.

Our veterinarians can advise you on the best vaccines for your pets.
